Beyond T-Levels and creating opportunities!

At Savient Limited⭕we're committed to offering the kind of career advice and support that many of us wish we had when starting out. Our support of T-Level students looking to complete their industry placement hours helps us do just that, by providing students with real-world opportunities and career guidance, including outreach activities like STEM workshops and career events while achieving the required hours of the T Levels course.

Ben’s journey is a perfect example of this. In 2022, he completed his T-Level Industry Placement with us during his second year at Cirencester College. Through his placement, Ben not only applied his skills from his Digital, Production, and Design course but also took part in Academy sessions covering key workplace skills like JavaScript, Git, and Agile Software Development—all led by our experienced Savient team.

Ben’s contributions didn’t stop there. He was instrumental in designing our outreach activities, which we continue to use to promote STEM and early career opportunities at events, highlighting the real-world impact of placements like his.

Now, Ben is a valued member of the product team working on Savitrace, applying the technical and soft skills he gained during his placement. We’re proud to support Ben as he works toward his Level 4 Software Engineering Apprenticeship with the support of QA Apprenticeships and certainly is a valuable member of the Savient team.

At Savient, we believe in supporting talent, and we're excited about our continued outreach with schools, colleges, and universities to inspire young people to consider careers in STEM and hopefully one day a role at Savient Limited.
