Digital Production, Design and Development T Level with Savient Limited!

Everyone at Savient Limited would like to congratulate Ben on achieving his Digital Production, Design and Development T Level.

We have had the pleasure of Ben working with the Savient team for the last 12 months during his T level industry placement, which is an essential part of the second year of the T level qualification he was studying at Cirencester college.

As well as gaining value work experience, the industry placement has given Ben the opportunity to use the skills and knowledge that he has developed as part of the two-year course within various projects and research tasks in the office. The industry placement itself must be relevant to their T level and in their chosen career, so we were delighted that Ben contacted us last Summer to ask about completing his placement year with us.

Ben has contributed to many of the Savient outreach activities from the Empower Cyber, Worcestershire LEP skills show, ShireJam and evolving the digital puzzles that we use in the Savient digital escape room as well as attending various internal training sessions delivered by our experienced and knowledge team members.

Ben has worked both with members of the Savient team and in particular the Savient academy to create a range of STEM activities from pigpen cypher puzzles, an emoji AI platform and developing a website to showcase the difference in technology between the James Webb Vs Hubble Telescope view.  These are all elements of activities we demonstrate and use for our outreach activities to inspire and encourage other students to consider a career in STEM.

Congratulations to Ben for gaining your T level qualification and we are looking forward to you officially becoming our first apprentice from September and supporting you with your Software Engineering career.
