Kicking Off T-Level Week with Reflection and Pride ✨

Last month, Savient Limited were honoured to attend the Southwest Regional National Apprenticeship and Skills Awards, where Savient Limited received the Highly Commended Award for The Gatsby T Level Employer of the Year. This recognition means so much to us as we reflect on our journey supporting T-Level students for over three years now, supporting the next generation of skilled professionals as we work in partnership with Cirencester College.

The judges’ feedback highlighted our achievements in advancing T-Levels, with particular praise for the meaningful industry placements we provide. These opportunities are more than just work experience—they’re a chance for students to grow their technical abilities, build essential workplace skills, and gain the confidence to excel in their careers.

It’s inspiring to witness how these placements can lead to future career opportunities, including apprenticeships within our business. As we kick off T-Level Week, we reflect on how far T-Levels have come in shaping the workforce of tomorrow. We’re proud to be part of this journey, creating opportunities that not only benefit students but also strengthen industries like STEM, IT, and digital.

We will be taking the opportunity this week to highlight past and present T-Level students and celebrate their achievements of all T-Level students, employers, and skills champions during this special week. We can’t wait to share more inspiring stories with you!
