Russell was presented on Friday evening with his award from Sarah James, our People and Operations Manager.

The Judges for the award this year Sarah James,⭐️Dave Hamilton⭐️and Tracy Whitehouse provided this feedback during the interviews. They loved your enthusiasm and dedication to the cause and how you are championing CSR and EDI at Arup. Not only did you share the impactful social value projects you have organised during the last 12 months, but you also evidenced the impact you have had on employee engagement.  You reflected on the opportunities you have influenced and the impact you have had on others and continue to engage with STEM activities and charities; highlighting the importance of communities that need support.  The impact you have had on the outreach and work experience scheme for Arup was remarkable and we can’t wait to see how you continue to champion other successful projects for Arup and lead by example, congratulations from us all!

James Stillwell, Technical Director said “what a fantastic evening on Friday, such a great opportunity to celebrate the importance of the business support community and proud that Savient were sponsoring the West Midlands PA Awards this year.
