Following our recent re-accreditation, we are proud to announce that Savient Limited have received a Gold CSR Accreditation. At our last CSR accreditation three years ago, we were awarded silver standard so to receive the recognition of a Gold CSR accreditation is just re-affirming the success of our CSR strategy.
Alongside our many roles within software delivery we deliver a successful corporate social responsibility and wellbeing strategy for the company that creates opportunities for our employees. We support local initiatives focusing on social, environmental, workplace, community, and philanthropic projects.
The accreditation has shown how we have integrated social responsibility initiatives through our business operations and invest in social values as an essential part of our organisation culture. For example, our involvement with educational establishments from encouraging work experience, T-Levels, and apprenticeships in software engineering has made us a popular choice among students. With our STEM Ambassadors and Enterprise Advisors this shows our commitment and willingness to encourage more people into an IT and STEM career and show the possibilities for them.
