Savient shortlisted at this year's Circle2Success Awards 2024
Back in March 2024 we were delighted to find out that Savient Limited⭕ were shortlisted at this year’s Circle2Success Ltd Awards 2024 in the talent, training, and development category. We really appreciated the opportunity to be part of the Circle2Success Ltd awards this year and a special thank you to Angela Edwards Director and Co-Founder at Circle2Success Ltd and Suzanne Hall-Gibbins for arranging them. We had the opportunity to meet new businesses and strengthen our networks through Circle2Success Ltd and we would certainly encourage others to consider entering the 2025 awards as the opportunities to connect with other local businesses and celebrate everyone’s achievements is a wonderful occasion.
The award was to recognise and reward those organisations that invest in their people, upskill their people, value continued learning and development, staff retention and talent progression. The award progress was the perfect opportunity to share our achievements. During the awards process we shared how we encourage people into STEM careers, how we invest in early years' careers and how we recognise and reward our employees throughout their career journey. As a software company it is important to have autonomy, mastery, and purpose. With growth this has allowed us to invest time and resources in a product and this really was a collaborative effort resulting in the launch of our Savitrace product in January 2024.

Well deserved winners and a charity Savient Limited⭕have supported over the years as well as Sophie’s personal connections and sunrise walk she completed early this year.
