We are delighted to announce that Savient Limited are shortlisted at this year’s Circle2Success Ltd Awards 2024.

We are truly delighted to be recognised in the talent, training, and development category. This award is to recognise and reward those organisations that invest in their people, upskill their people, value continued learning and development, staff retention and talent progression.

It really is a team effort and every member of the Savient team contributes to retaining our talented employees, training, and development opportunities for all members of the team.  At Savient, we live by our values every day; we trust in our team which means we always achieve the best together and our team and customers benefit.  We wanted the opportunity to share with others how we encourage people into STEM careers, how we invest in early years' careers and how we recognise and reward our employees throughout their career journey.

As a software company it is important to have autonomy, mastery, and purpose. With growth this has allowed us to invest time and resources in a product and this really was a collaborative effort resulting in the launch of our Savitrace product in January 2024.
